Like any gym, Chuze Mission Valley does see a pre-and post-work rush during the weekdays, usually from about 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. That being said, with such an incredible array of classes and equipment, you never find yourself waiting in line to use equipment at Chuze. Small but overall very organized. Get a good workout. I gotta say...I don't hate it here. I get my choice of cardio machines and weights to use. It's been the same since I used to go here over a decade ago. No TP on the floor or puddles of urine. At the very least, the employees can spend some time cleaning.
