All of our neighbors are very friendly, but the community vibe could be stronger with more sidewalks.

Living in Inez offers residents a rural feel and most residents own their homes. The newest homes are in Creekside/Harris County and they range from $350K to $1.3+ million. Small municipality with own Fired, EMS, and Police with terrific, fast response! Of course, Victoria is also just a great place to live. There are mega rich sections of The Woodlands in Montgomery Co. near Hughes Landing, but several older sections too with average, but aging housing. It is a small town outside of a big city. The people are very friendly here and i would recommend any one to move here! Montgomery Co. courts are MUCH tougher on criminals than Harris County and criminals know that, BUT Constable Precinct 4 has the paid contract to patrol Creekside so the police service is outstanding and dedicated to patrolling the area. Many families live in Inez and residents tend to be conservative. Frisco is pretty cool. After living in 5 states over the last 10 years I am ready to call this place home! One thing Plano lacks is diversity, which is getting better now.
I grew up in the subdivision since I was six attending Bess Campbell Elementary School, one of the two primary schools within the area. Located between Houston and Corpus Christi, the city is home to a huge Caterpillar excavator plant, Formosa Plastics Corp., polymer and fiber producer INVISTA, DuPont and many others that are constantly expanding and hiring. The Woodlands is great, especially if you have a family. Many small business owners have their stores in that area as well!
