The book is carefully written in the standard mathematical style. Important details are not omitted; they are pointed out and discussed. I've taught introduction to differential equations using this text twice now. Terminology is very consistent throughout. The material presented is consistent with differential equations, and is not going to become obsolete. My students, and I , have found this book to be both easy to comprehend and interesting. I didn't notice anything culturally sensitive. The book is conveniently divided into 10 chapters and 6 appendices with material carefully selected into a logical flow.
