For many years, people have gone there to relax, including cycling the cross-country trails that wind through the bush. The Mill Creek Mountain Bike Trail is a work-in-progress under construction by a team of volunteers. By enjoying a burst of adrenaline on the trails, the riders are also injecting money and optimism into town at a time when both are sorely needed. This 30km ride in the Blue Mountains begins at Woodford Station.
