That's often the best solution ;} Save often, in different slots is the mantra for NWN. If it is just one or two main NPCs who have gone hostile then you can fix it with console commands. Please tell me there is someone looking to fix this. There may be a cheat command to reset them, but I don't know it. Im still stuck with hostile NPC's.
