Terrible company. Customer service is important for any business to succeed. eBay kindly refunded me back my money - I never did receive the item. In the end I said I would contact my credit card to gain my money back and received email to say that was probably best.

After taking my money , the item did not arrive on the date they said it would. It is now April 1st and I've sent three emails and not had a single piece of correspondence.
I would never dream of using again and will avoid at all costs; terrible service and a prime example of how not to conduct business. So frustrating, I have told them to respond and issue refund so I can order elsewhere but no answer.

I still had not received my bench on the 08/04/2020 so I sent an email enquiring about the whereabouts of the bench. I would give this company a -5 star if could. Received an automatic notification on 22nd April to say order was now refunded and would take 30 days. Paid for item, zero communication- no reply to countless emails/ calls trying to find out about my order. They are totally ignoring my emails regarding a refund so I have had to resort to eBay intervention. Love the fit, love the material, everything. All rights reserved. They contacted me on the day it was supposed to be delivered to tell me they were out of stock.

Mailed Customer Services on 23rd May having not received a refund - autoreply said a response may take 72 hours.No response by 5th June so e-mailed Customer Services again and sent message through my Account (which shows order as ‘Refunded’).80 days since order, one actual response to attempts at contact through 5 different channels (no enquiries by phone, but outlines 48 hour response to mails), no refund.

Don't buy them. It is a pair of plastic cheap slipper that are purchased in China from this so called Company. After placing the bad review below 16 weeks after numerous emails and still not receiving my refund I received an email the very next day and a phone call to say they were very sorry and a few excuses as to why I had not been refunded and that they would refund the money straight away also that it would take 3 to 4 days to show on my card. I paid for it and they took the money out of my account. On 8 April= without any advance warning, the Paypal payment we had made was cancelled, no explanation given. Ladies Stay Away from this place.

Let this $68 lesson be one for you too. There isn't anything at Pure Fitness that you can't find at another gym for half the price this gym is charging. I assumed it might be a little delayed but sent an email to see how things were going, as i hadn't received any information about my order. Update, got multi gym delivered but again no comms from the company wrong model but will do so three stars as did arrive but will not be buying again due to lack of communication.
