Service wasnt great either, there was a different server each time and we were approached far too quickly at all stages, ie when taking our order, we were still reading the menu and we were asked if everything war ok just as we had taken our fist bite! In relation to your comments regarding mobile phone coverage, we had contacted all three mobile phone providers some time ago regarding improving coverage in the hotel, whilst Vodafone and 3G both took steps to greatly improve coverage, regrettably O2 came back requesting an exorbitant amount of money to do the same. The hotel is lovely the grounds are magnificent we walked the loop walk around the golf course truly beautiful just a pity our stay wasn’t good. Out meal was included on the Saturday night in the Conall Cearnach restaurant and it was very special with live Piano, just perfect. We were 10 minutes late for our reservation but upon arrival we were ignored by no less than three staff who walked past us with no acknowledgement we were there.
