Your basic listing on Top Local Places in Wexford is free of charge. to start there was lobster ravioli with roast butternut squash and prawn bisque paired with Dr Burklin Wolf Ruppertsberger Riesling Trocken 2012. the main was Braised lamb rump with spiced lamb rib, slow cooked tomatoe and broad bean puree, this was paired with Dr Burklin Wolf Pfalz Pinot Noir Trocken 2010, now that is a find the lamb was out of this world and the wine was a gem of a find. Great place to eat and drink in Wexford.
