Having been a member for less than a week it's pretty clear that you will never get to any of the classes as they fill up in less than 10secs.Having joined this gym primarily for the martial arts classes this is pretty much useless.I understand that the class sizes are restricted due to covid so I contacted the gym and asked for a reduction in fees until full service resumed.The answer to this tho nicely worded was essentially **** off.I asked if any additional classes would be added and got a nothing answer about health and safety.So I asked what the grace period was for new contracts and was told there is no grace period and I would have to see out the full year.If you are joining this gym for the classes don't bother !! Worst customer services ever, even if you have healthy issues with analysis as proof they won’t cancel your membership. I emailed my Sales Guru to book a guest, I didn't get a reply to my email.

Staff are moody and don't really know what they're doing and the customer service is appalling. Holistic classes for prehab, rehab and generally wind down. I paid the fee out of fear of a bed credit rating and was told I'd be refunded if I email them - obviously now I'm met with unhelpful emails stating I won't be refunded. The list is endless. These passes aren't handed out on the street and only come with the memberships (circa £70 per month).While the manager is telling me this, my partner received emails from the sales person trying to sell her a membership - again with the 5 free passes & no hint, that you cannot use them.This Gym should stop selling memberships until it can keep the promises made to its existing members and not make it more over-crowded. !The gym itself is nice I'm just pissed I'm not getting what I was told I would be.Very disappointed to say the least.If you are looking for a martial arts gym I'd recommend RDX cage fit it's a fraction of the price with 10 times the classes.Otherwise go to virgin active for normal classes that you will actually get to use. Grotty rude receptionist at gym box Ealing not the best experience with this gym over all my advise is to not sign up a long contract right away do a one month or a short term contract before you make your mind up also you will get phone calls and emails if you forget to put the wieghts which I find quiet up normal.

Joining a weights class late is not a fun experience. The staff are super friendly and ridiculously helpful and patient. Customer service was terrible as they initially refused my request to leave the gym. Nothing hurts more than a 36th pull up, except when someone tells us they're leaving. I have gone back, to GB over the weekend not sure what to expect with “the new norm “ and how things will work. They not once asked why I wasn't happy with the services. £140 later I could cancel, however they had to unfreeze my membership for a month but I just decided to suck it up and see if I could work from my office a couple of days to use the membership. With more control on numbers of people being allowed in i have trained with plenty of space and there is lots and lots of sanitation for equipment The cleaners are constantly on the floor being very proactive.i had planned on cancelling my membership, Vik and Dom asked me to pop in and have a chat I’m so glad I did. Like many people, I was skeptical to go back to the gym so soon but I was pleasantly surprised with the level of cleanliness and safety to protect people against Covid-19.

Long story short they "reduced" it to 3 months now they're asking me to pay for services I did not receive and for receiving false informations by their staff.
