Solved: I have just upgraded from s8 plus to s10 plus on the s8 plus I had wifi calling fine on unlocked phone Now with s10 plus same sim and same.

If you're still not seeing the wifi calling setting (but you've previously had and used it on a supported device), please do a full reboot of your device (not a reset, just a reboot!)

Looking at my app update history My o2 was updated on 8 September. I dont see any of the following option 1. Hi again, I got my network provider to activate WiFi and 4G calling, however the options to toggle it on and off are not displaying in my settings. 17-10-2018

Wi-Fi and 4G calling is only available to O2 customers on pay monthly, SIM-only or business tariffs and these should receive a notification for a software update very soon. If not turn it on, if you can't then something has gone wrong with you WIFI calls setup possibly from O2. I have checked with the Chat team and it seems my account has been activated for WiFi calling so, until I saw @Kimbrich6's item about the SIM not yet being provisioned, I was assuming that I was at the point where I need to flash my phone. Clearly others suffer the issues as well.
Somehow magically the wifi calling on my device turned itself on and now I cannot make or receive calls. Good news - wifi calling seems to have returned this morning! 17-10-2018

There is no WiFi calling or 4G calling on Tesco Mobile, despite their host network O2 offering it and all these other providers too.

17-10-2018 Happened to me too on my OnePlus 6 since yesterday, WiFi calling and VoLTE options are completely missing from the sim menu. Connection - > Mobile network -> Mobile data -> Enhanced LTE Therefore I cannot make wi-fi calling. Will log a ticket tomorrow though. Yesterday it was working, today it's not a and the menu option in the phone gone. How do I set up Wifi and 4G Calling – Apple.
