I understand that money is tight these days, so I try to make my desserts affordable for everyone. On our way from Asheville to Cincinnati we decided to stop for lunch. Saturday: We stopped in on our way to Gatlinburg. Very disappointed with my take out salad.. after I got home with it and was ready to eat ..I could not believe what I saw...it looked like it came out of a packaged salad from the store..and very few pieces of cucumber..few slices radish...3 cherry tomatoes...very few carrots..mostly iceburg lettuce..
