I’ve noticed when I have the app open (ie my phone is in my hand and I’m in the app) then the commands are at the same volume as whatever else I’m listening to and I can hear them without a problem, but if I have my phone locked and in my pocket while running they’re much fainter and I often miss them so end up just guessing when to start/stop running or I have to stop and check which is a bit inconvenient.
