Dumbbell weights go up to 100 pounds. While the entry fee is quite cheap compared to other gyms and the equipment is plentiful, there are quite a few hang ups about this location. Lock rooms aren't always tidy. I can't get over how much cleaner this location is ... the bathrooms and fitting rooms are much more spacious.. Well this is what you get for this price in Toronto. Indeed, there are no classes but if you spend some time drawing your own program you don't even need any class! Fit4Less makes high quality fitness affordable and provides more Canadians the opportunity to achieve their health and fitness goals. I have taught and swam for a competitive swim club as well as taught through my hometown teaching red cross lessons. Overall, I'm happy with this gym since it is what you get for $4.99 every two weeks.
